AI-enhanced Contextual Clause Suggestions

AI can perform contextual analysis of legal documents, understanding terms within specific legal frameworks or firm-specific precedents, making the review and drafting of contracts more accurate.

2024 has seen the issue of 'context window' (that is, the maximum amount of information you can feed an LLM within the prompt) largely disappear. It is now cheaper than ever before to feed an entire 100-page document to an LLM just to ask it to suggest a clause.
