For Enterprise plans, your team will receive live onboarding sessions, followed by regular checkins with a dedicated Account Manager. See how this works below.
Team Onboarding
Your team will be onboarded onto the platform in a 1-hour dedicated live onboarding session with your AM.
Each team member will receive how-to videos and step-by-step guidance via email for the features that are most important to them.
We aim to have all your team members familiar with Genie within the first 2 weeks of your plan
Dedicated Account Manager
You’ll have a dedicated account manager (AM) on-hand throughout your time with Genie.
Conversations with your Genie AM will focus on setting and reaching your team’s platform goals, and giving you insight and input into what amazing features we build next.
You’ll have your first session with your AM within 2 weeks from onboarding. The regularity of future AM sessions depends on your needs.
Technical Support
Your plan comes with Genie’s Service Level Agreement (SLA), including guaranteed uptime and our commitments in terms of responses to requests and issues.
Your team will be able to report these directly through our platform support desk, or by contacting your AM.
