Shane has spent nearly a decade in People and Culture, primarily in startups and scale-ups, from seed stage to Series D. One of his most impactful experiences was at LoyaltyLion, where he helped scale the team from 12 to 150+ and saw revenue grow from £700k ARR to £13M ARR. He also spent time in Berlin, co-founding a startup that, while unsuccessful, provided invaluable lessons. Having grown up in the foster care system, Shane is passionate about creating inclusive, people-first workplaces that balance business needs with human experience.
