Alex studied Economics and Econometrics at the University of Bristol and has always had a passion for statistics and startups. Over his career, Alex has led data-driven SEO, PPC, UX, and CRO initiatives for complex multilingual sites and large-scale businesses, including the world’s sixth-largest global accounting firm. His experience spans insurtech, where he managed marketing strategies across 20+ product teams, and product marketing at Snowplow, an open-source data analytics company.
Since joining Genie in 2021, Alex has driven growth from 200 users to nearly 100,000—without spending on advertising. With his focus on innovative content strategies, Genie has captured attention from investors like Google Ventures, and Alex continues to explore new initiatives to push growth even further.
