The Transport Bill of Lading Form is a fundamental document in international maritime trade, essential for documenting the shipment of goods by sea under Danish jurisdiction. This document is required whenever goods are transported by sea from or to Danish ports, or under contracts governed by Danish law. It must comply with the Danish Merchant Shipping Act and international conventions including the Hague-Visby Rules.
